A conveyor is only as good as the parts keeping it moving. Flex-Line has stocked, modified, and shipped conveyor components since 1984, and we know the product well enough to identify what you need from a photograph, a fragment, or a number that turns out to belong to something else entirely.

We supply parts for systems we built and for systems we did not. If it moves product and it is worn out, start with us.

This is the part of the business that does not appear in anyone's catalog.

• Pre-bent guide rail — formed to your radius before it ships, so installation is a bolt-up rather than a field fabrication.
• Custom fixtured chain — chain fixtured to hold your specific product, taking geometry and finish into account.
• Pucks and pallets with custom fixturing — for parts that will not sit flat, will not sit still, or must arrive in a specific orientation.
• Spare-parts breakdowns and stocking recommendations — written for your system, with the options, a pricing comparison, and the reasoning behind each recommendation.

That last one deserves a word. Knowing whether to specify plastic screws or rivets in a given position is not a catalog decision — it depends on your situation, the access, and how often the assembly comes apart. Ask us. We have opinions, and explanations.

Do Not Have a Part Number?

Most people calling about a worn part do not have one, and the number stamped on the component is often the manufacturer's, not the one you order by. Send us a picture. Tell us the conveyor series if you know it, or the dimensions. Between the picture and a couple of questions, we will usually name the part on the first call.

• Stocked items ship fast. UPS orders received before 12:00 p.m. Central can ship the same day.
• No minimum order. We have no minimum order value or quantity, and will break quantities on most items.
• Not sure what to keep on hand? Ask for a stocking recommendation for your line. There is no charge.

Yes. Flex-Line supplies engineered parts orders and replacement conveyor parts and components on their own, including for systems Flex-Line did not build or install.

Usually, yes. Send a photograph of the part along with the conveyor dimensions or series if you know it. Flex-Line's team has worked with these components since 1984 and can typically identify a part from an image and a short description.

Does Flex-Line keep conveyor parts in stock?

Yes. Flex-Line maintains its own inventory of conveyor components rather than ordering every part in on demand, which is what makes quick-turn spare parts possible.

Is there a minimum order for conveyor parts?

No. Flex-Line has no minimum order value or quantity and will break quantities on most items.

Can conveyor parts be customized?

Yes. Flex-Line supplies pre-bent guide rail, custom fixtured chain, pucks and pallets fixtured for specific product geometry, and custom bend dimensions as needed.

What conveyor parts should I keep on the shelf?

It depends on the line, but wear strip, link kits, and spare parts kits for drive and idler units are the most common. Flex-Line writes stocking recommendations for individual systems at no charge, including options, pricing comparisons, and the reasoning behind each choice.

Does Flex-Line supply parts for conveyors other than FlexLink?

Flex-Line stocks FlexLink parts and can supply spares for other lines including mk North America, Dorner, Bosch Rexroth, Carryline, ACSI, Titan and others. Contact the customer service team with the make and model to confirm current spare parts availability.

Can conveyor parts be returned?

Returns are accepted with a restocking charge provided the parts are undamaged. If parts are shipped incorrectly, Flex-Line will exchange them. If they were ordered incorrectly, it is handled as a return and replacement.
