Maximize safety and ergonomic pallet handling with a PALOMAT inline pallet magazine!
If you’re thinking about pallet magazines because you want to optimize your production flow, then the PALOMAT Inline is the logical next step when you need that capability integrated directly into your line rather than standing alone or using an AMR or AGV.
What does “inline” mean?
When discussing pallet magazines “inline” means that the pallet stacker sits over a conveyor and stacks or destacks pallets directly onto the conveyor. The unit is “inline” with the rest of your process instead of off in a corner somewhere where a method of pallet retrieval would have to be considered.
Where do you use an inline pallet stacker?
Use a inline unit anywhere empty pallets need fed onto or removed from a conveyor automatically:
- Feeding a robotic palletizer or palletizing cell
- Gathering pallets after a depalletizing operation
- Creating an empty pallet buffer between operations
PALOMAT INLINE UNITS ARE CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR APPLICATION
Units are available in electric or pneumatic driven options as standard, but unlike PALOMAT standalone units inline units are custom designed to fit your conveyor and any 4-way pallet.
Units come with a terminal box for external control. Unlike other PALOMAT units they do not come preprogrammed.
The standard lifting capacity is 800kg or 15 pallets, but we have provided units with greater lifting capacity upon request.
A typical cycle time is 10-15 seconds per pallet.
