One of our first customers was a large bearing manufacturer. We aren’t going to name drop, but we are very experienced in building bearing conveyors.

We generally use FlexLink flexible plastic & steel chain conveyors for bearing conveyor applications, but we have also created unique solutions utilizing our roller conveyor and belt conveyor partners too.

Our product partners are perfect for handling light, medium, or heavy loads; so we aren’t restricted to one part of your process. All of our bearing conveyors solutions are well suited for manual and automatic assembly and test systems. They feature a modular and safe design allowing for safe transport and accumulation with great accuracy – even in hostile environments with coolants or chemicals. So what kinds of applications have we provided bearing conveyors for?  You name it really: grinding, honing, gun drilling, and laser marking systems are just the start.

We strive to provide reliable, flexible, and proven ‘fit and forget’ solutions with modular pallet systems, adjustable guide rails, buffer systems, gantry units, chain washers, different types of accumulation and elevation options, singulators, pick and place units, feeding equipment, and robotic solutions. We pride ourselves on providing something for every part of the bearing manufacturing process.

Our proven solutions consistently give our customers the best ROI possible, time and time again.

How does it work? Well, your process and your plant is different from any other; so to begin the design process you speak to our engineering staff to determine the best solution for your unique challenges.

In order to best serve you, we need to know things like: product details (material, weight, dimensions), production flow rate, accumulation expectations, how parts will be placed on and picked off the conveyor, what processes the parts need to go through, and, of course, the layout if you have one already or dimensions from point A to point B so that we can create a layout for you.

In some cases we can send a sales engineer to your site to get the measurements and talk with you. However, in most instances emails, phone calls, or video calls can get enough information to get you a quote.

By working with us on your bearing conveyors  you get these great benefits:

  • Innovative designs
  • Time tested solutions
  • Proven product lines
  • Single source responsibility for full integrated systems
  • Durable, simple, modular systems
