How do you get a quote on your automotive conveyor system?

At Flex-Line Automation, we recognize that each plant and each process is unique. That’s why, to design the perfect solution for your specific challenges, our engineering staff will work with you every step of the way.

To provide you with the best service possible, we’ll need to gather information about your product details, including its material, weight, and dimensions, your desired production flow rate, your accumulation expectations, and the methods you plan to use for placing and picking off parts from the conveyor. We’ll also need the layout of your plant or, if you don’t have one, the dimensions from point A to point B so we can create a layout for you. In some cases, we may even send a sales engineer to your site for measurements. But in most cases, emails, phone calls, or video calls will suffice to get you a quote.
